Endophytic fungi are present within all plants and more than one million species predicted to be present. They widely studied as they promote plant growth well resistance environmental stress, produce bioactive compounds that have industrial applications play a vital role in biogeochemical cycles. The medicinal Cassia (commonly known seenas) belongs the Order Fabales Family Caesalpiniaceae. This is native of tropics which useful an ornamental plant, cassia gum, cuisines, etc. It also source for laxative drug Sennosides complex, has been used by Egyptians since ancient times. mainly obtained from augustifolia fistula. active constituents this dianthrone glycosides (Sennosides A, B, C, D, etc.), free anthraquinones (aloe-emodin, chrysophanol, rhein) glycosides. However, due urbanization become scarce, so attempt made isolate endophytic screen biosynthesis complex. Plants were collected six (6) locations/sites at Ahmedabad, Anand (Boriavi), Bavla, Bhuj (Madhapur Saiyadpur), Dantiwada Gujarat; Jodhpur Rajasthan. 22 isolates identified based on colony, microscopic/morphological characteristics; identity thirteen was done phylogenetic analysis. endophytes belonged genera Alterneria, Aspergillus, Cladosporium, Curvularia, Fusarium, Penicillium, Phellinus, production (extracellular). A further study potential their application sustainable development, alternative bioprospecting envisaged.
